Restoring Power in Ukraine, Under Fire

After Russian drone strikes hit generator control panels at thermal, hydro and nuclear stations, Gridradix engineers bridged pre-WWII and 1960s-era equipment to modern control with low-cost cabinets built on-site — bringing critical units back online in record time.

  • Portrait of Dmytro Yanchuk

    Dmytro Yanchuk

    Head of Operations, Europe

Dmytro leads Gridradix's operations across Europe, working between Ukraine and the Czech Republic. A commissioning and relay protection engineer by training, he is currently a Senior Commissioning Engineer at ABB s.r.o., where he commissions equipment from 0.4 kV to 66 kV and programs automation control logic in EPLAN. His background spans substations and industrial facilities up to 330 kV, protection relay configuration across ABB, GE, and Schneider Electric platforms, and hands-on work at the Dnister Pumped Storage Power Plant. He is completing a master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Brno University of Technology, alongside grant research on short-circuit detection algorithms for low-voltage installations.

    Vitalii Mamedov

    Business Development Director

Vitalii drives Gridradix's growth and partnerships, connecting independent engineering expertise with developers, EPCs, and asset owners across global renewable energy markets. With a focus on expanding the company's footprint across Asia-Pacific, he works to translate rigorous technical analysis into long-term client relationships — making sure every engagement starts with a clear understanding of what a project actually needs to get built and connected.

  • Portrait of Hernán Bravo

    Hernán Bravo

    Head of Engineering

Hernán leads engineering at Gridradix, bringing hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of high-voltage power systems — from root-cause failure analysis at one of Colombia's major utilities to substation and grounding design for solar plants across the Americas, including insulation coordination work for a utility-scale PV facility in Alberta, Canada. He works daily in DIgSILENT PowerFactory, NEPLAN, and EMTP, and is completing graduate research in electrical engineering between Universidad del Valle and Brno University of Technology in the Czech Republic. His published research spans electromagnetic transient analysis and electric machine design.
